Jacem Merchandising, Inc. was established in 1976 as a sole proprietorship entity, owned and operated by its founder, Mr. Eliseo R. Bicaldo. Primarily engaged in marketing superior light construction equipment to various top local contractors, Jacem is also a dealer and distributor for a wide range of local and foreign construction equipment brands.
As the demands in the construction industry increased, Mr. Bicaldo was inspired to expand his business into a full-fledged corporation, directly importing a variety of the latest and most innovative light and heavy construction equipment and venturing into handcrafted finishing tools and Road Profiler. In 1981, Jacem Merchandising, Inc. became a fully established corporation.
